He files another application for removal of clerical mistakes.  He submits that he earlier filed an application on 10.08.2023 which he want to withdraw.  Record suggests that complainant filed one application when arguments were being heard.  He filed another application to file some additional documents.  Then he filed another application which he has withdrawn today.  Then he filed the present application for removal of clerical mistakes, and in fact he is not making any application to amend the complaint.  Counsel for complainant submits that he would file consolidated complaint by consolidating all the facts seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the complete corrected complaint.  Heard.  Allowed.  The matter is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for . 

All original documents be returned to the complainant.
