Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Ld. advocate for the OP files hazira. The complainant has neither taken step nor filed any show cause. On repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is now 01.05 P.M. Perused the case record. The complainant has filed the complaint along with Xerox copies of some documents, but no evidence has yet been adduced by the complainant for supporting his case in the complaint. Therefore, this is a case of no evidence.

Under the above facts and circumstances, we have no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence, it is ordered that this C.C. 116/2020 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
