Complainant is present in  person  along with ld. counsel. Opp. party  no-1 &  3  are  present  through  ld. counsel. Complainant vide petition no- 1058/22   informs  that   opp. party   Max Life  Insurance Co. has  paid  the   amount   vide  cheque no- 131447 dtd. 8/9/22   and    therefore,  complainant   desires  to  settle   the dispute on compromise . Opp. party  no-1  vide  petition no- 1054/22  prays   for   dismiss  the case    as   the case   is  settled   between   the parties. Both the two petitions filed  by the   complainant   and   opp. party   no-1  are allowed  and accordingly case is dismissed  on  withdrawal.
