Statement of Sh. Ashok Kumar Singla Counsel for complainant recorded to the effect that due to technical defects he withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The Superintendent of this Forum is directed to hand over the original documents if any to the complainant or counsel after obtaining photocopy of the same against proper receipt. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if desires so. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
