Present Sh. Lubhesh Kumar, Counsel for the complainant and Sh. Sudhir, Counsel for OP-1 i.e. Max Bupa Health Ins. Co. Ltd. and filed compromise dated 16.02.2020 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-1 to pay Rs.70,500/- to the complainant towards full & final settlement within 30 days from the date of this order.
This order shall be complied with by OP-1 within a period of 30 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
