            Record is put up for order on the point of admission.

            The matter was heard on 03.03.2021.

            Perused  the consumer complaint coupled with documents annexed thereto. On perusal of the consumer complaint it appears that complainant lodged claim of Rs.3,58,875 to the OP on 21.03.2018 but the OP reimbursed Rs.2,29,536/- only. The OP also deducted Rs.1,29,339/- as Room Rent and other charges as per Clause 2.1 C of the policy document. Complainant already received a part of the reimbursement amount from the OP. Therefore, he is debarred from claiming any further claim amount from the OP.

            In view of the forgoing discussion, we are not inclined to entertain the consumer complaint. Hence,

ORDERED

            That the consumer complaint is not admitted and dismissed in limini
