Counsel for the petitioner Mr Anil Mittal did not appear on 02.01.2012, 09.07.2012, 19.11.2012, 04.03.2013. On 12.09.2013, counsel for the petitioner appeared and stated that he was not well and was not able to argue the matter and date was sought. Today also on the first call none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the second call also none appears. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed in default. After dismissal of the petition, Mr Anil Mittal, counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr A K Thakur, counsel for R 1 have put in their appearance and have been apprised of the order.
