ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to inadvertence petitioner has filed two revision petitions against the order of the State Commission dated 14.11.2011 being Revision Petition Nos. 250/2013 and -2- 3989/2013. Since two revisions of the petitioner against the same order cannot go on side by side, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition. Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
