Against the interim order passed by the District Forum, petitioner has filed the present petition seeking review of the order passed by the District Forum.  No such review petition is maintainable before this Commission. 

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the review petition reserving liberty with the petitioner to file the appeal before the State Commission.

Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.  Liberty is reserved with the petitioner to file the appeal before the State Commission, if so advised.  If the appeal is filed within 30 days from today, the same be treated within limitation.
