ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, complainant has stated that he withdraws the present consumer complaint as the vehicle in question has been sold by him and he does not want to pursue the present consumer complaint further. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
