2.                On 07^th August, 2023, Mr. Rajneesh Malhotra, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that on the instruction as well as per e-mail received from the complainant, he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separate.

3.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Rajneesh Malhotra, learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
