1.       Learned counsel for the appellants submits on instructions that the matter has been settled with the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents confirms on instructions.

2.       No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 

3.       Learned counsel for the appellants further submits on instructions that the appellants do not wish to pursue their appeal any further and wish to withdraw the same.

4.       In the wake of the above submissions, the instant first appeal no. 2107 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. However liberty is granted to the appellants to revive their appeal if they so wish within 30 days from today by filing appropriate application.          

5.    The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal and to their learned counsel. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
