Counsel for the parties present. They submit that the matter is settled, as per agreement dated 04.04.2013. As agreed between the parties, the amounts already deposited with the State Commission and/or District Forum, be paid to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4, along with interest accrued thereon, if any. It is also clarified that whatever restitution security, the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have furnished to the State Commission and/or District Forum, will be returned to them, in their favour. Copy of the compromise deed be placed before the Registry, within two days. Matter is disposed of, as having been settled.
