                No case is made out by the Appellants/Judgment Debtors since there is no Appeal against the impugned order and they have also not complied with the decree in full.  There is also a delay of 38 days in filing of this Appeal which is not satisfactorily explained.

          Appeal Execution is, therefore, dismissed.

          Respondent/Decree Holder may pursue execution before the State Commission.
