             Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and files copy of impugned order.

              Defect removed.

             Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is delay of 20 days which is occurred due to COVID-19 pandemic period. Due to the staff suffering from COVID-19  the delay was caused. He also submitted that the Hon’ble Supreme Court have also in sou motto taking cognizance cases have  directed  to condone delay in such circumstances.

2.          In view of above submission, the delay is condoned without rights and objection of the OP.

 3.         Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petition has been filed against the interim order passed by the learned District Forum on 01.03.2021. He submitted that learned District Forum,inspite of good amount of arrear pending directed not to disconnect the electric supply. No opportunity was given to petitioner  to raise objection by the present petitioner. So, he prayed to set-aside the impugned order.

4.        Considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, perused the petition and impugned order.

  5.          Without entering the merit of  revision petition, the same is disposed of  with a direction  to the present petitioner to raise the same  contention as made  before this   Commission before the learned  District Commission so as to allow the learned District Commission  to hear the interim petition afresh and pass appropriate order after hearing both the parties within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

 6.           Free copy of the order be supplied to the present petitioner or the copy of the order may be down loaded from the confonet or the website of this Commission  and place it before the learned District Commission on 09.07.2021 and take further instruction from it.  

                   The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
