Application not numbered by the Registry.  Registrar shall hold an enquiry why no number was assigned to this application.  The prayer in the application is for withdrawal of the deposited amount in this Commission pursuant to the order dated 07.12.2010 passed by this Commission.  The amount was deposited by the petitioners pursuant to certain interim directions.  Since the Revision Petitions have been partly allowed the petitioners are entitled to refund of the deposited amount alongwith the accrued interest, if any.  The Registry is therefore directed to disburse the amount of Rs. 30,000/- in R.P. No. 3334/2010 and Rs. 45,000/- in R.P. No. 3335/2010 alongwith accrued interest to the Respondent complainant and to refund the balance amount alongwith the accrued interest on those amounts to the Appellant.

          The compliance of this order shall be reported to the Commission in Chambers within ten days.
