1.                Applicants-appellants has filed an application for refund of Rs. 25,000/- deposited in this Commission at the time of filing the First Appeal No.1081 of 2014 titled as “TATA AIA & Anr. Vs. Manju” decided on 24^th February, 2016.

2.                Keeping in view the contents of the application, present application stands allowed.

3.                Amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Commission at the time of filing the First Appeal No.1081 of 2014 titled as TATA AIA & Anr. Vs. Manju” decided on 24^th February, 2016 be refunded to the applicants-appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.  Application is disposed of accordingly.
