Stay in execution case being No. 28/2018 is not granted at this stage, as there is Specific Provision U/S. 27 A of C.P. Act against any order made U/S. 27 of C.P. Act.

However, upon submission of Ld. Lawyer for the Appellant and without any prejudice to I.A. case, let there be stay of all further proceeding arising out of Consumer Complaint Case No. 246 of 2016 before the Hon’ble D.C.D.R.F., Burdwan only till the next date.

Appellant is at liberty to file Appeal U/S 27 A of C.P. Act, if so advised.
