ORDER

Counsel for the parties present.

          The settlement has been arrived at between the parties.  As per settlement, it is hereby ordered that the respondent-EMAAR MGF Land Pvt. Ltd. & Ors., will pay the entire amount received from the petitioner/complainant-Jawaharlal Jain within a period of two months and will pay litigation charges in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- to the complainant. The amount be paid within two months; otherwise it will carry interest @ 9% till its realization.   The matter stands settled.

          Parties have agreed to settle this matter, but it will not be taken as precedent in any other case.

          All these matters stands disposed of in the above term of settlement.
