ORDER

At the time of arguments, the appellant and its Counsel states that to discharge liability under judgment passed, the appellant/Opposite Party No.3 will pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- out of the amount deposited by it at the time of filing the appeal.

                        Counsel for the complainants states that on payment, so being made, the complainants will have no grouse left qua appellant/Opposite Party No.3.   

                        It is on record that at the time when appeal was filed, the appellant/Opposite Party No.3 had deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/-. Secretary of this Commission is directed to release that amount by giving one draft in the sum of Rs.15,000/- in the name of respondents No.1 & 2/complainants, namely, ‘Mrs. Manisha Sukhija’ & ‘Sh. Ajay Kumar’ and rest of the amount of Rs.10,000/- alongwith interest, if any, accrued on the deposited amount, be released in favour of the appellant, against proper receipt(s).

                        Needful be done within 7 days from today.

                        The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

                        Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
