None appears for Complainant. Learned counsel for OPs present. We perused the previous proceedings sheet. One Sri.G.S.Bhat, Advocate for Complainant on 04.08.2022 filed a memo seeking permission to retire on the ground that notice issued to Complainant returned with an endorsement ‘Addressee deceased’. In such circumstances, permitted Sri.G.S.Bhat to retire. But facts remain that so far none appears on behalf of Complainant. Hence we proceed to dismiss the complaint for default and non-prosecution since not known whether Complainant is alive or not.
