Manager customer care xiaomi technology India Pvt. Ltd. 4^th floor, ozone many tech., park hongasandra, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Complainant in person.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP.

               

 

                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the OP has separate statement that the matter has been compromised, company is ready to settle the matter and ready to pay Rs.10,000/- in full and final settlement of the claim filed by the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of order.

 On the other hand, complainant suffered has separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP and OP is ready to pay Rs.10,000/- as full and final settlement. He withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

            In view of above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both parties are bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
