          The complaint is filed to get back the gold pledged with the respondents.  It is the case that the complainant had pledged 15.6 gram gold with the respondent and gold will be auctioned by respondent illegally.  The complaint is filed by the complainant to get back the pledged gold.

          2. The respondent stated that the complainant is not a consumer and he has no right to file this complaint before this Forum.

          3. There is no consumer relationship between the parties and there is no hiring of services.  The relationship  between the parties is debtor and creditor and the remedy available is to approach the civil court.  It is held and reported in 2008 CTJ 1116 that there is debtor/creditor relationship by pledging gold loan and there is no consumer relationship at all.  So the complaint is found not maintainable before the Forum.

          4. In the result the complaint stands dismissed.
