The complainant and the opposite parties have jointly filed a memo stating that, the matter was settled between the parties on a condition that, the complainant should remit Rs. 2,94,095/- and to be taken back the pledged ornaments from the opposite parties’ bank within 45 days of this order. As per the settlement memo, the complaint is disposed accordingly.
