ORDER

 

MA No. 266 of 2017 (Application for directions)

Vide his letter dated 09.05.2017, which has been treated as a Miscellaneous Application, Respondent No.2 states that since the entire amount due to him, in terms of the order passed by the Fora below, has already been paid by the Petitioners, the amount deposited by the Petitioners in this Commission may be released to them.

Upon notice, the Petitioners are represented.  Learned Counsel appearing on their behalf affirms the statement made in the said letter.

In view of the above, the Office is directed to refund the amount deposited by the Petitioners in this Commission in terms of the interim order.

The Application stands disposed of accordingly.
