          The Ld. Advocates for both sides are present.

          Today is fixed for hearing of IA/287/2023 filed by both parties and signed by the Ld. Advocates.

          The Ld. Advocates for both sides submitted that the matter may be disposed of in terms of compromise petition, as mentioned in the IA.

          Perused the compromise petition. The terms of compromise are legal and valid and those do not oppose any public policy.

         Accordingly, the IA/287/2023 is allowed. Consequently, the Complaint Case No.CC/56/2017 is disposed of in terms of compromise and the compromise petition shall do form a part of this Order.
