NAWAB SINGH, J. (ORAL)

 

          Dhiraj Gupta-Decree Holder and Lalit Gupta-Legal Executive of Judgment Debtor have stated that the matter between the parties has been compromised. Memorandum of Settlement (Photocopy Annexure-1) is placed on record.

2.      In view of above, the execution application is disposed of accordingly. The Judgment Debtor shall be bound by the statement and in case of violation of the promise made, the Decree Holders shall have the right to file fresh execution.
