Heard both sides. Ld. Advocate of the petitioner is harping on the point for addition of parties of one person named-Bishna Singh. Considered. Let the said name Bishna Singh be added as O.p. no.3 in the original petition of complaint of C.C. case No.CC/287/2021 at the risk and liability of the Petitioner and in that view of the matter instant M.A. case is disposed off.
