JUDGMENT

HON’BLE JUSTICE SHRI. S.S. SATHEESACHANDRAN: PRESIDENT

          Complainant is the appellant.  Appeal was allowed by the Forum with some directions.  He is aggrieved by the direction issued to deduct the amount already remitted by him as per the order passed in an interlocutory application, in future bills issued for water consumption.

2.      We heard the counsel for the appellant and also perused the order passed by the Forum.  We do not find any reason to admit this appeal on the file of the Commission as it does not involve any serious question to be decided.  Evidently the Forum has passed some interim orders to restore the water connection of the complainant which was disconnected alleging default in payment of arrears.  Forum fixed some amount for payment by complainant to restore connection.  While passing the final order it has directed for adjusting the sum deposited in future bills issued for water consumption by the complainant.  We find that based only on some documentary evidence produced by both sides the Forum below has passed the Order with directions as above.  We do not find any merit in the challenge raised by appellant/complainant over the direction issued by the Forum.

Appeal is dismissed as not admitted.
