Letter dated 10.1.2014 has been filed by counsel for the appellants, placing on record the agreement dated 8.11.2013, entered into between the parties, settling amicably the dispute/subject-matter of the present appeal.  Learned counsel for the respondents affirms the terms of the settlement and states that possession of the subject flat has also been handed over to the appellants.

          In view of the said settlement, no further orders are called for in this appeal and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
