Final Order / Judgement

                                              The case is put up today at National Lok Adalat for settlement. The Advocates of both parties are present. The advocate of the Complainant filed a memo that the Opp. Parties are willing to accept the premium and to revive the policy of the Complainant. Copy served. The Complainant is also willing to deposit the 3rd premium. Accordingly the Opp. Parties are directed to revive the policy of the Complainant vide No.51105621( RLIC GUARANTED MONEY BACK) within 30 days after accepting the 3rd premium from the Complainant.

                                                The C.C is disposed today in view of amicable settlement of the parties. Supply free copy of this order to both the parties.
