ORDER

     Counsel for OP/JD No.1 & 2 has filed a photocopy of compromise deed dated 11.04.2017. Sh.Inderdeep Singh, Counsel for Complainant/DH has made statement, recorded separately, which is reiterated as under:-

     “Statement of Sh.Inderdeep Singh, Counsel for   Complainant/DH.

     The matter has been compromised inter se parties. I do    not want to proceed with the present execution    application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

     In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for complainant/DH, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
