  Complainant represent. OP and counsel present.  Matter is settled for Rs.1,30,000/-. OP will pay the amount within 15 days from today.  Complainant shall furnish the Account details to OP today itself.  If OP fails to comply the condition, the settled amount  Rs. 1,30,000/- will carry interest @9% per annum from today till payment. As per the settlement condition case is decreed.  Complainant is at liberty to execute the order.
