    Both parties jointly filed memo stating that the matter is settled between parties.  As per the settlement condition OP  agreed to pay Rs.4,00,000/- to the complainant as full and final amount.  Further  OP agreed to issue cheque of Rs.4,00,000/- in favour of complainant within two months from the date of  receipt   of the certified copy of  this order.  In default amount of Rs.4,00,000/- will bear interest @9% per annum from the  date of order till realization.  As per the above condition this case is decreed.  The settlement condition become part of decree.  Complainant can execute it if necessary.
