ORDER

An application has been filed by the complainant alleging deficiency in service against the OP for not disbursing his salary of the complainant for the months March 2020 and April 2020 amounting to Rs. 24,000/ and therefore the complainant file this case for getting back the said amount along with compensation and litigation cost as prayed in the petition on the date of admission the complainant has been heard on the point of admissibility of the case. The case is not maintainable and accordingly it is dismissed.

            The order of dismissal has been passed in order No. 2 dt. 05/08/2021 and this order should be read along with the order No. 2 dt. 05/08/2021 and the said order is part of this final order.

            Hence the CC Case No. 50/2021 is dismissed without being admitted.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
