            The record is put up today by a put-up petition filed by the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant.  Complainant files hajira through his Ld. Lawyer. 

The OPs do not take any step. 

Today is fixed for S/R and appearance.

At this stage, The complainant files a petition praying for dropping the case as he has received full amount from the OPs with full satisfaction and he does not want to proceed the case further.

            Perused the petition.  Considered.  Heard the complainant.

            The complainant has submitted before the Forum that he has received full amount from the OPs with full satisfaction and he wants to drop the case with full satisfaction. 

            However, after hearing the complainant and on perusal of the petition filed by the complainant as well as the original case record, the Forum is of the view that the instant case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

            Hence, it is

Ordered,

            That the instant case be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction as per prayer of the complainant.

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties forthwith free of cost.
