Today is fixed for   filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant is absent without any steps till 2:20 Pm.

 On perusal of record we find that complainant is not taking any steps since 07.11.2022 even he is absent today without any steps.

None appears on his behalf till 2:20 PM.

Accordingly we find that complainant is not interest to proceed with the case.

 In this situation   we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.

ordered,
