The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite party is also absent. The case is posted for the evidence of the complainant. The matter pertains to the year 2015. The Commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and adduce evidence if any.
