Today is fixed for  hearing the petition dtd 23.09.2022 filed by the complainant.

Today is also fixed for hearing the petition filed by op on the point of jurisdiction.

Said petition is taken up for hearing. During hearing record  Ld. Adv.  Sandip Kumar Singh not pressed the said petition by making a note over the petition .

Said petition  i.e petition dtd 23.09.2022 filed by the op is rejected as not pressed.

Petition dtd 23.09.2022 filed by the complainant is taken up for hearing.

Heard  both sides.

Perused the petition .

No objection  raised from the side of Op.

On perusal of said petition we find that complainant put in signature  under the verification.

Ld. Adv. for the complainant  submits  that dispute has been amicably settled .So no need to proceed further.

Considering the entire matter petition is allowed.

Hence,

it is

 ordered.  

That the complainant Victor Mukherjee is permitted to withdraw this case vide no. CC/21/2020.

Accordingly the present case is dismissed for non prosecution .
