Final Order / Judgement

                                          The Advocate for Dhr is present. The Jdr files hazira & present. Heard, the vokalatnama filed on behalf of Jdr is accepted. On perusal of the memo filed by both the Parties, it is found that the Jdr has complied the order as passed in the original C.C No.107/14 and the Dhr does not want to proceed with this case further. However, for interest of justice, the withdrawal memo is allowed since the withdrawal is voluntary in nature. Hence, it is accepted and the present Misc. case is disposed of being withdrawn.
