Complainant files a authorization latter to withdraw the cheque on the ground stated therein.

Heard. Ld. Advocate/Agent of both sides.

The OP files a cheque being No. 920249 amounting to Rs. 2,00000/- (Two Lacks) dated 24/05/2020 as per Commissions order.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheque to his authorized person Sri Bapan Banerjee.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 06/08/2021 filed by the Complainant for withdraw the cheque No. 920249 amounting to Rs. 2,00000/- (Two Lacks) dated 24/05/2021 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same is allowed.

The cheque is received by the authorized person of the complainant Sri Bapan Banerjee on full satisfaction.

Let the present E.A Case No. 01/2021 be dropped on full satisfaction.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
