REVIEW APPLICATION NO. 210 OF 2010

By virtue of this application, the applicant/complainant seeks recall of this Commission’s order dated 7th of October, 2010 for the reasons stated in his review application.  There is no new ground in the application, which was not advanced at the time of hearing the complaint.  The attempt of the applicant/complainant is to get the already decided matter reopened in the guise of a review application, which is not permissible under law.

The review application, accordingly, is rejected. 

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the applicant/complainant.
