Today is fixed for show cause by Complainant.

Complainant is found absent without any steps.

It is now 12-45 P.M.

On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor any body for Complainant is found present either to file show cause or to take step.

Perused the materials on record.

It appears from Order no.12 dated 02-11-2016 that Complainant was asked to show cause for his absence without taking any step to file requisite upon O.P. no.2.

But Complainant neither takes any step nor file any show cause this day.

In view of above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

So, we find that this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence it is

                                                         Ordered

That the Complaint case No.89 of 2014 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT; but without cost.
