ORDER

Both parties file hazira. The O.P files a cheque being No 533134 dated 29.11.2017 amounting to Rs. 67303/- in favour of the complainant Jahar Banerjee.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the cheque. Prayer is considered and allowed.

The O.P files a petition praying for directing the complainant to hand over the key of the disputes motor cycle to Investigator. The complainant by filing a petition submits that they have already handed over the said key to the Investigator.

Let this matter be dropped.

We find that the complainant has already received the entire claim money i.e. Rs. 67303/-. So, there is no impediment to drop the present case on full satisfaction.

Hence,

Ordered,

      that the CC Case No. 130/2016 be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Let the cheque being No 533134 dated 29.11.2017 amounting to Rs. 67303/- in favour of the complainant Jahar Banerjee be handed over to the complainant on verification and proper receipt and keeping Xerox copy of the cheque.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
