OP in person and files a memo with one documents in C.C. of the document in question is filed and it is given to the complainant.  Further OP undertakes that if original document is produced in future and it is to be returned to the complainant immediately.  Further if any body make use of the original document of this case.  They will take all the responsibilities to bear the expenses of litigation of the complainant.  Accordingly the case has been disposed off.
