No attendance has been filed however the Ld Counsel Sri Sushil Kumar Jha appeared on behalf of the complainant and submitted that amendment petition should be allowed and thereafter complaint should be admitted.

From the perusal of record it appears that no cause of action or even a part of cause of action ever has been arisen in the jurisdiction of this Forum. the relief has been claimed against the OP.s who resides either in Mumbai or in Patna. the fact mentioned in the complaint petition does not any way suggest this Forum has jurisdiction of the case. so the complainant want to bring the jurisdiction of this court by adding some additional fact by way of amendment which completely change the entire complaint petition which law does not permit. in view of Forum such type of amendment is not permisable in law . thus amendment petition is liable to dismiss. Hence amendment petition is DISMISSED.

The forum has already discussed that nothing has been mentioned in the complaint to show as how the jurisdiction of this Forum comes in play. thus the Forum finds that the complaint filed by complainant is not maintainable Hence it is DISMISSED.
