The matter was passed over. On the second call also none is present on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing also none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Notice has been issued to the petitioner on 23.8.2011 by Regd. A.D. for today. AD card has not been received back. Since more than 30 days have elapsed, petitioner is deemed to have been served. Since petitioner has not been appearing consequently for two dates of hearing, petition is hereby dismissed in default.
