ORDER

                   An application for withdrawal of the E.A. and copy of the cheque have been filed on behalf of the complainant. Sh. Navneet Verma, complainant has appended a note on the first page of the execution application that he withdraws the E.A./133/2016 being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties  free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
