Matter was passed over. On the second call also, none is present on behalf of petitioner. Notice was issued to the petitioner on 22.2.2012 by Registered Post for today. Since, more than thirty days have lapsed, petitioner is deemed to have been served. On the last date of hearing also, petitioner was not present and he had sent application for adjournment, through Fax. Prior to that on 19.8.2011 also, petitioner was not present. Since, petitioner is not appearing for the last many consecutive dates, petition is dismissed in default.
