The parties file hazira. The O.Ps No. 2 to 5 file a verified petition for taking off the case from ex parte board against them. The petition be treated as M.A No. 20/2018.

            Heard both sides.  Objection is raised.

            Ld. Advocate/Agent of the O.Ps No.2 to 5 submits that due to mis-posting of the date in their diary, they could not take any steps on last date. He shows diary. Cause shown is sufficient.

                                        that the petition dated 07.03.2018 is allowed on contest. No cost.

Thus the M.A. is disposed of accordingly.
